Black coffee
In an effort to be good (my godmother felt the need to tell me last night that I’d put on weight…sigh), I have switched to black coffee. And, I’d forgotten how much I enjoy it! Mmm.

That’s not fair! It’s far more important to be fit and I’m in awe of your running.
She means well, and it *did* have the effect of getting me all enthused about losing weight, so I don’t mind so much.
Do you drink that much coffee a day that it would make a difference? If so you need to cut down
Oh my! I didn’t realise that I sound like I’m some caffeine fiend until you put it like that!
I drink two cups of coffee a day. Sometimes three. Rarely more. I reckon if you were to average it out it’d be 2.5 cups a day. And I estimate the milk intake amounts to some piddly figure like 300 kJ.
It’s not really the milk, it’s the principle. For some reason, drinking black coffee is an indication that I am being serious about what I’m eating and drinking. As opposed to grazing willy nilly and intaking more kJ than I expend. I don’t get it either…chalk it up to the vagaries of Swan brain.
Eh, black coffee is a nice antidote to the super-mocha-soy-vanilla milkshakes one ends up drinking these days anyway. Its good to remember that its just supposed to be coffee + hot water sometimes.
Black, white , decaf soy mochachino blah. It just makes you go to the loo more. Can’t be a milk vs no milk thing can it????
Woohooin! You know that means I have four people who have commented on Swandives, apart from all those people who try to sneak in advertising for some crock by getting a bot to post “Nice blog…you make a very good point”. Feel free to air all manner of innanity
